About the BCC Swag Store

​

BCC Swag Store is a collaboration with Berkshire Community College and 413Shirts a local Pittsfield, MA custom apparel store.  All items within the BCC Swag Store are campus preapproved and owned apparel designs.  The designs were created to promote Berkshire Community College brand as well as promote BCC spirit.

Payment

​

BCC Swag Store accepts payment  via credit card or debit card. These payments are processed electronically and securely. For certain orders with longer lead times we will also accept payment in the form of check or money order. No personal payment information will ever be stored.

Shipping

​

Orders from BCC Swag store ship via best way depending on the size of the order.  Typical carriers include USPS and UPS Ground.  Local store pickup and delivery to campus can also be arranged by calling 413-281-5292.

 

Returns

​

Each BCC swag order is custom produced to levels of highest quality. So, if after inspection of your custom goods, the customer is dissatisfied because of an error on our part or the blank items themselves are materially flawed, the store will be happy to accept those items in return and supply you with new ones.

Custom Requests

​

Custom requests and modifications to a standard product on our site may be accepted by the BCC Swag Store with approval from the BCC Marketing Department.  Please use the custom request form to submit your request for approval.   Please provide as much information to the BCC Marketing team about your request to expedite your approval.

Rush Orders

​

Typical lead time for your custom t-shirts & apparel  is 7-10 business days.  If you need a faster turnaround a rush order can often be arranged.  Please contact BCC Swag Store Customer Service at 413-281-5292 for more information.

E-Gift Cards

​

BCC Swag store offers e-gift cards for purchase in any amount.  Purchase your card here.  Select your amount, choose a personalized message, and then send your card to your recipient.  To redeem your e-gift card, select your items and add to cart.  Proceed to the payment screen and click the check box that states "redeem gift card".   Amount of the card will be applied to the total purchase.   Do not enter gift cards on the cart page under promo code.
